Mangapapa Medical Centre has merged with Desmond Rd Medical centre and opned on the 18th of June 2012 as Desmond Rd Health.

Desmond Road Health is situated at 3 Desmond Road opposite Gisborne Girls High School and behind Sean Shivnan Pharmacy.
